The START project is carried out jointly by the International Rescue Committee gGmbH Deutschland (IRC) Germany, the Federation of Turkish Parent Associations in Lower Saxony e.V. (FöTEV-Nds e.V.) and the Ukrainian Association in Lower Saxony e.V. (UVN e.V.).
