START

Self-determined participation in the labor market

Participation and integration

Participation and integration play a crucial role for women with a refugee or immigration background who want to integrate into the labor market. These women bring a diversity of experiences, skills and cultural richness that are an asset to any workplace.

To promote the participation and integration of these women, it is important to create a supportive and inclusive environment. This includes culturally sensitive advice and support, the recognition of foreign qualifications and the promotion of language skills.

A central point of participation and integration is the creation of equal opportunities in the labor market. This requires actively combating discrimination and prejudice as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in companies and organizations.
